Your first 20 images are completely free with no credit card required. Simply download PixlSizer and start processing images immediately. After your free images, you can choose to upgrade to any paid plan to continue using the app. There's no time limit on using your free images.

Yes! Your PixlSizer license can be used on up to 2 computers simultaneously. If you need to switch computers, simply deactivate the license on your old machine and activate it on the new one through the app settings. Contact support if you need help with license transfers.

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds due to the potential for abuse of our cloud-based batch processing system, which could result in significant costs. However, we're confident in our product and offer a generous free trial so you can experience PixlSizer's capabilities before committing to a subscription. Pro and Agency plans include direct Amazon Cloud integration. Your processed images are automatically uploaded and stored securely. Pro plans include 60-day storage, while Agency plans get 1 year. You can generate CSV reports instantly for importing into Webflow, WordPress, and other platforms. All uploads happen in the background while you continue working.

Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We believe in flexibility and no lock-in contracts.

Yes, your images and data are completely secure. All cloud uploads use encrypted connections (TLS 1.3), and your images are stored in enterprise-grade Amazon Cloud infrastructure. For maximum privacy, the Basic plan processes everything locally on your computer with no cloud connectivity. We never access or view your images.

For cloud-powered convenience, our server-based upscaling handles images up to 4000 pixels using advanced AI algorithms.
